Set up a one on one consultation or sign up for one of our personal training packages. As a Personal Training Client you will receive:

  • An initial Functional Movement Screening Assessment
  • Corrective Exercises to Improve any Muscle Imbalances Found in Initial Assessment
  • Individualized Exercise Programming based on your personal goals
  • Qualified and Experienced Personal Trainer to help motivate you to reach your goals
  • Knowledge of proper form and cues to improve exercise routine

Small Group Personal Training

Grab a friend for our NEW small group wellness training that can teach you all about leading a healthy lifestyle. Having an accountability partner during your training sessions allows for further growth in achieving your personal goals. Now, not only will your personal trainer be there to motivate and support you during the process, your friend, spouse, or even child will be able to push each other to new heights! Discounted pricing options for groups of two or more are available.

Let our certified yoga instructor/personal trainer take you through your own journey. If you are looking for specific flexibility and core work or are recovering from injury, we can help.

Health Coaching-NEW

Just like a personal trainer at the gym helps you reach your physical goals, The W’s new health coach will work with you to provide guidance, give feedback, and hold you accountable as you work to reach your health goals.

Sheena Frey, The W’s health coach, will work with clients to create a balanced road map to health. Combining fitness, nutrition, and other aspects of healthy living, including sleep, work, and interpersonal relationships. Sheena can work with you one-on-one to explore concerns specific to you and your body and the tools needed for a lifetime of balance. But, because the journey is sometimes better when shared, a small group session also is available.

As a health coach client you will:

  • Set and accomplish goals in a way that is empowering and exciting.
  • Work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight.
  • Understand and reduce your cravings.
  • Increase your energy levels.
  • Feel great in your body.
